Unnayati believes in providing excellence in all aspects of our offering, be it the training, deliverables, placement assistance, consultations and the above and beyond characteristics in resolving the challenge ahead faced by our alumni. The objective of our training methodology is to enhance the skill sets required for a successful career in the corporate world. Our Training is a combination of classroom and industrial exposure, to ensure that the students who get trained at our centre are ready to start right away in any kind of work environment.
While devising our methodology, we have understood that the inherent characteristics of the incoming skills are varied and each student requires assistance and counselling on appropriate courses that will shape their career direction.
Our training curriculum has been designed by industry experts who have rich experience in designing and delivering vocational courses. This enables our students to find gainful employment with leading employers.
We also conduct train-the-trainer programs for individual trainers as well as training institutes to help them expand their capabilities and revenue streams. Our training programs focus on imparting practical as well as intellectual skills that make them employable and we offer support in placing our students as well.

- The entire life cycle of a student is monitored and controlled through ERP and systematic Evaluation and Placement Audit. (EPA)
- Special sessions by industry experts are organized for students which prepare them for the corporate world.
- Industry Expert session - At least 4 guest lecture sessions are planned when someone renowned from the respective industry will come to deliver a session for the trainees.
- Industry Visit - Time to time Trainees visit the Workplace and get accustomed with the relevant work culture.
