With an M.B.A in Marketing to his name and more than 12 years of experience in demonstrating abilities to accelerate business growth and devising strategies for the achievement of the conceived business plan, Mr. Manish Ranjan has justified his ability as a prudent leader.

Proficient in handling a wide spectrum of skill development, Financial Services, and entrepreneurship activities right from developing business plan/operation plans and executing them in a real-time business environment. He emphasizes continuously developing the team & resources and making them an asset to the organization. Now, his versatile experience and continued effort to bring the change with the changing technology, has now led to moving towards taking the new technology for financial services to new horizons that would ultimately benefit the recipients and the industry. He always believed that technology has the ability to change lives, which is clearly reciprocated in the training mechanism, and now with fintech he is going to take it to further levels. He possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities in skill development, strategic planning, and project management which were key to the establishment and Growth of Unnayati. With the introduction of Fintech, the abilities are going to shine even brighter.
